Stopped in for dinner while traveling through.. very busy place .. service was polite and helpful.. meals came quickly. Would definitely stop in again.
Met with friends for lunch. Food good but they forgot our desert order until I reminded them 40 minutes after order was placed. Modern open decor, clean recently refurbished. Dedicated car park and easy access. Quite well patronised mid week. Worth a visit!
Their delux room has wonderful view of a car park, fridge crapped itself during night, was told in morning no refund I should have just unplugged the stocked underbench mini bar……. The manager is rude and uncaring. Poor business ethic, food is overpriced and terrible quality.
What a sad place to eat lunch, almost $90 for 2 beers, 2 mains and the scabbiest dumpling entree you've ever seen.
Garlic prawns were good, beef snitzel and chips were weak for the price. Wouldn't eat here again. $15.50 for 4 scabby dumplings, terrible!
Service and food was exceptional. Boozy hot chocolate and a ceaser salad..yuuum. and how good are the serviettes! Lush! will be back. Then at the bottle shop, my usual was waiting for me on the counter. New lady goes above and beyond, very appreciated
Rooms were clean and well maintained and reasonably priced. Food in the Bistro was poor, the so called " special " of grilled Salmon was well over priced at $34.00. A tiny serve with dried out chips and a tiny bit of rabbit food salad. The Steak was very tough ....disappointing meal.
Room too bare, not very welcoming, tv needs retuning, have stayed at nicer hotels for same price or less. Bistro food fantastic but wish pubs would cook vegies more.
Nice minimalistic room which was fair enough for $120 a night, comfy, clean beds and room, tv is suitable for the room, not teeny tiny like some places, and has Foxtel! kitchen and bathroom next to each other works well together, no microwave ect but I suppose they need a way to encourage you to dine in their restaurant, shower fantastic with plenty of room and wonderful water pressure.
Carpark a little noisy at night especially with the bottle o right there next to the rooms with cars coming an going, was a little worried about the car overnight with the possibility of drunks walking past, but have to remember you get what you pay for, only a $120 night room, occasionally noisy neighbours talking outside on balcony,
Restaurant not bad, pretty sure the place is the highlight of the town! food decent enough, service wasn’t too bad but have been in places were staff are a-little more prompt and aware, very friendly and great service however they did make up for it ten fold 👍
all and all…. Not a bad bang for your buck, like I said you get what you pay for an not bad for $120… I’ve certainly been in far worse places 😁
